With a total construction area of ​​approximately 45,000 square meters, it includes a 1,000-square-meter all-day dining restaurant, a 10,000-square-meter Xijia Mansion for banquets and conferences, and a 9,000-square-meter Yuequan Water World (indoor heated swimming pool) for leisure and entertainment. The hotel has 23 floors (1 basement level and 22 floors above ground) and offers various room types including Deluxe Twin Rooms, Deluxe King Rooms, Premium King Rooms, Haiyue Deluxe King Rooms, Haiyue Deluxe Suites, and Presidential Suites.

As guests approach their hotel room door with their smart key card, the moment they swipe it to unlock, there’s no need to bend down to find a traditional power outlet or manually insert the card—the contactless smart key card power system in the room activates simultaneously: the entryway light gently illuminates, avoiding glare; the main room light maintains a soft brightness; the TV automatically displays a welcome screen and local tourism information; and the air conditioner defaults to comfort mode, pre-adjusting the room temperature to the optimal 24°C. This seamless power supply process completely eliminates the tedious process of “finding the outlet, inserting the card, and waiting for power” associated with traditional power outlets, providing guests with a thoughtful check-in experience from the moment they enter the room. This is especially convenient for travelers with luggage, as they don’t need to physically operate the power outlet.

When guests temporarily leave, they simply close the door, and the system uses both door magnetic sensors and infrared human body sensors to determine the “no one in the room” status. It then initiates a smart power-off procedure: the main lights, TV, and sockets (except for the refrigerator and emergency lighting) are switched off sequentially, and the air conditioner also shuts off simultaneously. This “on-demand power-off” design avoids energy waste caused by guests forgetting to remove their smart cards in traditional models, and eliminates the need for staff to manually check and disconnect power, truly achieving “energy saving without reducing consumption, and cost reduction without compromising the experience.”

Even more user-friendly, when guests return to their room, they simply insert their smart card into the card slot (or place it near the sensor area), and the system immediately retrieves previously stored personalized settings. For example, if the guest set the air conditioner to 26°C and low fan speed before leaving in the morning, the air conditioner will accurately restore those parameters without requiring readjustment of temperature and fan speed; if the guest habitually turns on the night light before bed, the night light will also turn on upon card insertion, continuing their previous habits. This “memory-based restore” function is especially suitable for long-stay guests such as business travelers and families, avoiding the hassle of repeatedly adjusting equipment and making every return to the room feel like “returning to a familiar home.”
